About
Hey, I’m Pranav 👋
I’m a creative technologist and engineer pursuing my Master’s in Computer Science at the University of Southern California, where I focus on Multimedia and Creative Technologies.
My background spans computer graphics, animation, and interactive systems, and I’m especially interested in how software can be used as a medium for expression. Whether it’s building real-time renderers or designing tools for storytelling, I find energy in work that blurs the boundary between art and engineering.
I enjoy learning through projects—often tinkering with new tools, exploring interface design, or reimagining how we experience virtual spaces.
What I Care About
I’m inspired by urban life, identity, and internal conflict — the things that aren’t always loud but still shape how we move through the world. I love building projects that live at the intersection of emotion and interaction and has driven me to work on projects like city renderers, VR experiences, and mobile tools that mix logic with creativity.
Right now, I’m especially interested in:
- Real-time rendering & interactive storytelling
- XR interfaces and perception
- Systems-level design (especially in games)
- Capturing things that make people pause — even for a second
Beyond Code
I shoot photos mostly on my iPhone—framing moments from cities I live in or pass through. My lens tends to gravitate toward movement, symmetry, and the small dramas of everyday life.
One city that’s particularly close to my heart is Chicago. Its stunning architecture, lively streets, and diverse culinary scene have shaped much of my inspiration in art, food, and urban life. The city’s ability to embrace the extremes — from icy winters to celebratory summers — taught me resilience and how communities come together to make the most of every moment.
Let’s Build Together
I’m always open to connecting with people who love to build, design, or explore. Whether you’re working on a creative tech idea, want to collaborate, or just want to chat about virtual cities and visual storytelling — I’d love to hear from you.
